Mold Venting

Ceramic venting nozzles are inserted directly at the contour of the mold surface thus preventing the mold air vents (air pipes) from being filled so that they need not be taken off and cleaned after use. The application of the vents furthermore prevents molding sand from falling through the mold air vents into the mold. Experienced users can influence the heat flow at mold venting through a targeted use of different vent diameters. This can also be applied with cores.
